Jason Koch

Chief Executive Officer

A Foundation of Strength

Jason was born in Lake Tahoe, California and at a young age he moved to the Coachella Valley. After graduating from Palm Desert High School, Jason moved to Orange County to begin his contracting career with his father, Dan Koch, who was also a General Contractor. Under the guidance of his father, Jason took the knowledge and skills he had acquired over the years and decided to get his own licenses. He has been working 15 plus years in Orange County and throughout the Desert.

Jason is married to Alison Koch and they have 5 beautiful children, ages 18, 11, 8, 7, and 5. Jason is a Godly man that is devoted to his family.

Jason is involved in many organizations in the Valley, including Celebrate Recovery and Southwest Church Loft House build (connected with HOM Organization building homes for the less fortunate in Mexico). Jason is highly involved with The Narrow Door, which is a charity that feeds the homeless throughout the Coachella Valley. Jason also has a connection with Coachella Valley Rescue Mission and working with men to learn a trade.

Alison Koch

Office Manager

Trusted and Reliable

As the Office Manager, Alison is in charge of all scheduling, initial client interactions, and oversees the marketing and branding for the company. Alison has a command on all the day-to-day operations of the company. She is the balance of the office.

Alison has a background in administration from the financial/investment industry. During her career she has managed staff, been in charge of scheduling, managed social media, client trainings, as well as corporate compliance. Alison also has an accounting background.

Alison has her Associates Degree in Business from the University of Phoenix. As a native of the Desert, she was born and raised here in the Coachella Valley. She is a graduate of La Quinta High School. Alison is a busy mom with five children. Alison and her family are very involved with their local church and regularly attend mission trips to build homes in Mexico to those in need. She also gives back to her community by serving as a volunteer at the Narrow Door, an organization that provides food to the homeless and food insecure. For fun, she loves to spend time with her family at the beach and various sports and activities that the children are involved with.
